At Shaazma Creations, we strive to offer high-quality hijabs and accessories that meet your expectations. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel your order after the Date of Transaction and before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatch has been initiated.
- If the order is denied at the time of delivery, a service charge of ₹70 to ₹200 (based on cart value) will be deducted.
RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Only defective/damaged items are eligible for return.
- Send a message on WhatsApp with a package opening video to initiate the return.
- No return/refund for color variations, used/opened products, or wrong selection of style/model by the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT
- If your product is received in damaged condition, notify us within 48 hours.
- You can choose a replacement, repair, or refund based on stock availability.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Return the product in original condition and packaging.
- Include all accessories and freebies received.
- Pack securely to avoid damage during transit.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
- We will bear the cost if the product is defective or incorrect.
- If the return is self-shipped, customer bears the risk. We advise registered post or courier.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, bank details will be required.
REFUND EXCLUSIONS
We may not accept returns if:
- The product was on sale, promotional, or free.
- The item is used, broken, or altered after delivery.
- Return request is raised after the allowed window.
